Clarity, where tutoring
had chaos.

One app for tutors and coaching centres to run tests, marking, attendance, fees and parent updates — without the spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads.

The problem

Tutoring runs on scattered tools. Here's the same work, done once, in one app.

Late nights

Marked before you're home. AI reads each handwritten step and marks it; you confirm with a swipe.

No visibility

Parents see it, without asking. Results arrive once the tutor confirms them.

Group chats

Notices, not forwards. The admin sends one notice; it lands on every family's Home screen.

Spreadsheets

Fees, chased in one tap. Every family's dues in one list, reminders sent together, payments recorded as they come in.

Three sides, one system

3 roles. One home. Built for tutors, visible to parents, run by admins — each with their own view of the same record.

Tutors

More students. Not more admin. The ceiling on a tutor's income is rarely their teaching — it's the hours lost to typing papers and rewriting notes.

Parents

See how your child is really doing. No more asking the tutor, no more waiting for a report.

Admins

Run the centre, not the logistics. Admissions, batches, timetables and fees — without repeating yourself to every parent.

Founders' note

Built by people who lived this. Three founders, close to the tutors and parents who'll use it.

We grew up around this problem. Our tutors marked papers past midnight. Our parents had to ask how things were going — and got a shrug. The tools built for big institutions never reached the people teaching outside them. So we're building one that does, close to the people who'll use it. The app works today, is in early testing with a small number of tutors, and arrives on Google Play and the App Store in October 2026.

Questions

Asked, answered.

The Android and iPhone apps arrive on Google Play and the App Store in October 2026. The app is already in early testing with a small number of tutors; ask for early access and we'll send you the download link on WhatsApp the day it's out.

Independent tutors, coaching centres, and the parents around them. If you teach outside a big institution — one student or twelve batches — this is built for you. Tutors and centres use it to run their classes; parents see their child's side of it.

The admin patchwork: marks in spreadsheets, schedules in group chats, fees in someone's head, and reports that never get written. One record powers every view instead.

No. Edecuate doesn't teach and doesn't stand between you and your students. It takes the work around teaching — papers, marking, attendance, fees and keeping parents informed — and keeps it in one place. AI suggests marks; you confirm them.

Yes — the clips in 3 roles, one home are recorded from the app itself. To see it with your own questions, book a demo and our team will walk you through it live.

Pricing isn't final yet. Everyone who asks for early access will hear what it costs before being asked to pay anything — and a demo is the quickest way to get a clear answer for your centre.

Yes. Tuition centres can ask to be listed in the centre directory, with a card parents can find on a map and share. Our team checks your details with you and sets up the card; later you'll manage it from the app. Nobody is listed without asking.

The download link the day the app is out, and help setting up your tuition if you want it. Prefer to see it first? Book a demo and our team will walk you through it on a call. No newsletter, no spam.
